Return and Refund Policy

New products:

If you're not satisfied with any product for any reason, please contact us for a refund and return instructions

No restocking fees will be charged.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all contents. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item.

The product and packaging must be completely new and unused, so that the product can be sold to another customer without any questions or concerns about its integrity. The product cannot have been previously installed.

An original receipt is not necessary. We will look up in our system to verify that you purchased the item(s) in question from us.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping costs to and from our facility are not refundable.

Used products:

A product can only be returned if it is defective and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Defective items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policies. Lone Mountain Lighting® covers the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item(s) for defective merchandise.

To initiate a return, contact one of our Lone Mountain Lighting® Certified Lighting Experts to obtain an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Send the product back to us. Upon receiving it, we will test it to verify the defect. If the product is confirmed defective, we will dispatch a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the original defective product.

To expedite the replacement process, you may purchase a new replacement item, which we will ship out the same day. When we receive the defective product back, we will credit your credit card for the amount of the new replacement.

Bulbs/ Lamps:

will not be accepted for return and refund with the exception of warranty exchanges.

Responsibilities and Conditions:

It is the responsibility of the customer to check for missing or broken products in an order. The customer has 7 days after receiving the order to check the contents for damages or errors and report these damages or errors to Lone Mountain Lighting®. We will then set up a replacement or exchange for you. Shipping costs of replacement/exchanged products will be covered by Lone Mountain Lighting®.
